After we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation. If you paid directly by credit card, you will receive an invoice. As soon as we have received the payment and the goods have left our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with a link to track the shipment. You can find out more in our shipping information.

If you want to assemble the bike yourself, please follow the assembly instructions included with the bike. You can also find all instructions and videos here. We generally recommend that you have your e-bike assembled by a Deruiz dealer or a bicycle shop near you. If you buy the bike directly from one of our dealers or choose the “Click and Collect” option, the dealer will carry out the final assembly free of charge. Accessories ordered that are not part of the standard equipment will be assembled directly in consultation with the dealer, but assembly costs may apply.
